Andrés DÁVILA VALDIVIEZO

Dr. Dávila has worked and lived in the United States, China, Thailand, Vietnam, and Ecuador. Andrés Dávila has a broad range of managerial experience in Asia, the Americas, North Africa and Europe. His research areas are IHRM (International Human Resources Management) and General Management. He is the author of academic articles and books in the fields of international management and skills assessment.
Andrés has created and managed multiple talent acceleration and evaluation programs in multinational companies. With and focus in training & development, Andrés enjoys helping talents to better understand how to manage themselves and others, especially in today’s complex environments. The aim of his interventions is to always offer opportunities to acquire a real experience of how to manage, cooperate, delegate, and communicate across cultures. In implementing assessment and development programs, Andrés strives to make people realize who they are and what role they can play in today’s diversified workplace by encouraging them to take responsibilities, to promote new initiatives, and to preserve diversity. In a world where we all need to be adaptable and independent, Andrés helps employees deal with the uncertainties and challenges of human relations. His work often encourages people to be effective leaders in their organizations.
In order to respond to the current challenges of international organizations, Andrés conveys his knowledge and managerial experience in the following areas: leadership development, learning and development, managing people, managing teams, measuring individual, team and organizational performance, developing skills, and identifying potential.
